Chaque ann\u00e9e, les entreprises de plus de 50 salari\u00e9s doivent calculer et publier au 1er mars leur index de l’\u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle entre les femmes et les hommes. La note globale obtenue ainsi que les scores de chaque cat\u00e9gorie qui la compose doivent \u00eatre publi\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\n Ainsi pour l’ann\u00e9e 2024, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 CPM Partners SAS, \u00e0 laquelle appartient la marque Satriun, a obtenu la note globale de 87\/100 pour l’index de l’\u00e9galit\u00e9 entre les femmes et les hommes. Cette note se d\u00e9compose de la mani\u00e8re suivante pour les 4 cat\u00e9gories qui la concernent :<\/span><\/p>\n La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 CPM Partners SAS, ayant moins de 250 salari\u00e9s, n’est pas soumise au calcul de la cinqui\u00e8me cat\u00e9gorie \u00ab\u00a0L\u2019\u00e9cart de r\u00e9partition des promotions\u00a0\u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n CPM Partners s’engage au quotidien \u00e0 promouvoir l’\u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle entre les femmes et les hommes.
