Satriun advised ProSiebenSat.1 during its migration from SAP EC-CS to SAP Financial Consolidation (BFC), and increased the focus on cash flow statement and budgeting & forecasting.

The ProSiebenSat.1 Group is one of the largest independent media corporations in Europe. Free TV financed by advertising is its core business. The ProSiebenSat.1 Group is the number 1 in the German TV advertising market with its stations SAT.1, ProSieben, kabel eins, sixx, SAT.1 Gold and ProSieben MAXX. In total, the Group reaches about 42 million TV households with its 15 TV stations in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The ProSiebenSat.1 Group grows in its core business via new TV stations and its HD distribution business that will also develop dynamically in the years to come.

Satriun helped Talpa TV in the migration from Oracle Hyperion Enterprise to CCH Tagetik, expanding the application with cost center details and providing tools for effective rolling forecasting of income statement, cash flow statement and balance sheet. In addition, the management reporting pack was improved.

Talpa TV (formerly known as SBS Broadcasting BV (“SBS”)) is a full media company that owns Dutch commercial TV channels SBS6, Net5 and Veronica. In addition, Talpa TV owns the publishing rights for Veronica Magazine and TotaalTV. Talpa TV also owns its own TV production company. Talpa TV is headquartered in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

Satriun supported the SBM Offshore SAP Financial Consolidation (BFC) platform of the group and the monthly close and reporting processes.

SBM Offshore provides floating production solutions to the offshore energy industry, over the full product life-cycle. The Company is market leading in leased floating production systems with multiple units currently in operation and has unrivalled operational experience in this field. The Company’s main activities are the design, supply, installation, operation and the life extension of Floating Production, Storage and Offloading (FPSO) vessels. These are either owned and operated by SBM Offshore and leased to its clients or supplied on a turnkey sale basis. Group companies employ approximately 7,000 people worldwide. Full time company employees totaling 4,900 are spread over five regional centers, eleven operational shore bases and the offshore fleet of vessels. A further 2,100 are working for the joint ventures with several construction yards.
