On March 26th, 2025 at 5pm, Satriun and Horváth will host the first Geneva CPM Summit event. The topic of this year edition is “The Future of Consolidation – How Financial Reporting, ESG and BEPS effectively come together“.
Our host Amaury Goujon, Director at Satriun and Marc-Antoine Grepper, Principal at Horvath, alongside renowned speakers, will dive into the evolving landscape of financial consolidation. In light of the increasing external reporting requirements, financial consolidation is emerging as a key foundation for effective steering, reporting, and compliance.
Going forward, both non-financial reporting under the CSRD and EU Taxonomy, as well as the OECD’s Global Minimum Tax requirements (BEPS Pillar 2), will play a crucial role for international corporations. This raises important questions about how businesses can best adapt to these shifting demands and ensure they meet the necessary standards.
