In 2023 Scan Global Logistics decided to replace IBM Cognos with CCH Tagetik for consolidation. During the project the top shareholder was changed which added additional complexity to the historical data conversion as acquisition accounting had to be applied besides the regular ongoing management reporting. With the help of standard CCH Tagetik functionalities Scan Global Logistics was able to have this dual (Statutory vs Management) reporting available in all dynamic reports. These dynamic reports have been made available via the Satriun best practice analytical reporting solution. These reports have also very valuable in the conversations with the auditors as it contains all the relevant data for the year-end audit.
